With this statement, made pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation) ( the "Regulation") intend to provide the necessary information regarding the purposes and methods of processing of personal data by VIS S.r.l.. (hereinafter "VIS").

TYPE OF DATA
VIS collects personal information when it is provided by the user or by the use of our website, for example:

METHOD AND DURATION OF TREATMENT
The data will be processed in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, fairness, necessity, relevance, legitimacy and transparency imposed by the Regulations, necessary to achieve the purposes for the time for which they were collected and processed, this time therefore it can vary depending on the interactions with the user. For example, when a purchase is finalized, we will preserve a copy for the period necessary for billing, taxation and possible warranty coverage. We may also keep a copy of the correspondence between us and the user, for example if it has a claim on a product, for the time necessary to protect us from a legal claim.
In general, the data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between VIS and the user will be retained until it has completed the execution of such contract.
Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of VIS will be detained until the satisfaction of that interest.
